Who is responsible

Homo Sapiens in the Loop is a podcast by Jose Nobile and Sebastián Figueroa, based in Colombia. Until the company that will run it is incorporated, the two of them are the data controllers. Contact: [email protected].

What data this site collects

This site has no forms, sets no cookies, and loads no analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. It doesn’t embed third-party videos or players either.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes technical data for each visit (IP address, browser, date, and page requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, under its own privacy policy.

When you email us or comment on social media

If you email us, or comment the keyword LOOP on Instagram or TikTok to get the guide, we use your email address or username only to reply and send you what you asked for. Those conversations happen inside Gmail, Instagram, or TikTok and are also subject to those platforms’ policies. We don’t sell or share your data with anyone else.

Links to other platforms

The YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, X, and LinkedIn buttons take you to those sites. Once you click, what happens there is governed by their policies, not this one.

Your rights

Under Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012 and its implementing decrees, you can access, update, correct, and ask us to delete your data, and withdraw the consent you gave us. Email us at [email protected]. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
